Hiring Processes Lunch & Learn

Have you ever wondered what you can and cannot ask a potential employee during the hiring process? What about conducting and responding to reference checks? What should you ask and what are you allowed to tell a potential employer? We will cover these topics during the lunch and learn, then reserve the remainder of our time together to discuss labor and employment related questions and scenarios.
