Agreements to Check out Laptops

Dear Superintendents:

Attached are draft Agreements Relating to District-Issued Technology (long and short versions).  When loaning out a laptop or other device long term in “normal” circumstances, I recommend using the full agreement.  In these special circumstances, districts may want to consider using the short agreement for quicker facilitation.  You may want to write the device serial number on the short form as well.
