Student Discipline Workshop

Schools Legal Service invites you to participate in a presentation designed to reinforce your knowledge of the regulations and procedures that govern the student suspension and expulsion processes, as well as UCP complaints concerning bullying, etc. In addition, all the recent regulatory changes will be discussed, as well as recent developments regarding “hot” issues which affect how schools may and may not address certain types of student misconduct.
