Sexual Harassment Trainings

Schools Legal Service is providing mandatory Sexual Harassment training for all supervisory employees. Government Code section 12950.1 provides that public sector employers must provide all supervisory employees with at least two hours of sexual harassment training and education. This training must be provided at least once every two years to all current supervisory personnel and to all new supervisory personnel within six months of their assumption of a supervisory position. To assist our clients in meeting their requirement, School Legal Service will provide the required training and education on the following dates:
