Practical Application of New Title IX Regulations

On April 19, 2024, the U.S. Department of Education released the 2024 Final Title IX Regulations. There were several changes made to the regulations that affect the responsibilities of each member of the Title IX team and investigation process. Each member of the team is required to be trained related to their responsibilities and the regulations.

This training is a follow up to the previous Title IX workshop. The regulations require Title IX team members to be trained in the law, as well as how to implement the law. This workshop will provide the required training on how to conduct an investigation and make a determination of responsibility.
