Schools Legal Service’s Labor and Employment Practice Group will present an instructive workshop on the best practice techniques for effective employee performance evaluation and discipline documentation. Attendees will learn key legal requirements for evaluation and discipline of education employees and essential techniques for effective documentation for performance remediation and employee discipline.
