Developing 2024 Title IX Regulations Compliant Policies (Virtual Workshop)

On April 19, 2024, the U.S. Department of Education released the 2024 Final Title IX Regulations. These Regulations went into effect August 1, 2024. Districts must develop new policies to be compliant with the 2024 Title IX Regulations.

This training will assist districts in developing their own compliant policies. We will provide samples and answer questions regarding the required language.

This workshop will be offered via Zoom. The link and materials will be provided as the workshop date approaches.
