Leaves Workshop Series: Part 3 – Pregnancy Disability Leave & Related Entitlements

While there are rules and regulations that LEAs must follow in providing pregnancy disability leave, no two pregnancy disability leaves are the same. The third session will cover the leave entitlements pregnant employees have during and immediately following pregnancy, including expanded reasonable accommodation rights under the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act, as well as child bonding leave entitlements available to parents.
