2022 Leaves Workshop Series: Part 3 – Pregnancy Disability Leave and Related Leave Entitlements

While there are rules and regulations that LEAs must follow in providing pregnancy disability leave, no two pregnancy disability leaves are the same. This session will cover the leave entitlements
pregnant employees have during and immediately following pregnancy, as well as child bonding leave entitlements. We will tackle this challenging topic by working through hypothetical certificated, classified, and temporary employee pregnancy disability and child bonding leaves.
