2022 Leaves Workshop Series: Part 1 – Statutory/Education Code Leaves

Workshop No. 1 of the Leaves Workshop Series will open with a focus on annual leaves that education employees are entitled to from the Education and Labor Codes. This will include discussion of sick leave, extended sick leave, and 39-month entitlements for both certificated and classified employees. The objective of this session is to review the leave topics that are most common at the start of the school year to help ensure our clients are starting out with knowledge and tools to effectively track employees’ leave usage.
