2023 Leaves Workshop Series: Part 2 – CFRA/FMLA Leaves

This second session of the Leaves Workshop Series will dive into the rules and regulations related to family medical leave. We will discuss the specific rules and requirements LEAs must follow and work through examples of hypothetical leave scenarios involving medical leave and its overlap with other leave entitlements. The objective of this session is to provide interactive practice in identifying, applying, and tracking these types of employee leaves. Workshops will be provided at no cost to SLS JPA member districts. Advance registration is necessary.
